The South Hill area continues to grow with new businesses, restaurants, and entertainment options while still maintaining a welcoming neighborhood feel.

The area is also known for its outdoor recreation and local attractions. Nearby parks, walking trails, playgrounds, and sports fields provide plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy the scenery.

Residents love spending weekends exploring local favorites like Sterino Farms, a beloved community staple known for fresh produce, seasonal events, flower baskets, pumpkin patches, and its classic farm stand atmosphere that captures the heart of Puyallup living.

Of course, living in Puyallup also means being close to one of Washington’s most iconic attractions, the Washington State Fairgrounds. Throughout the year, the fairgrounds host concerts, seasonal festivals, farmers markets, holiday events, and the famous Washington State Fair, bringing energy and entertainment to the community year-round.

For commuters, the location offers convenient access to major roadways connecting to Tacoma, JBLM, and surrounding areas, making it easy to enjoy both work and lifestyle conveniences.

Whether you’re looking for peaceful surroundings, functional one-level living, outdoor space, or a community filled with amenities and activities, this home offers an incredible opportunity to enjoy the very best of Puyallup living.

STORIES FROM HOME

"From the moment we began working with Madison and Regina, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Their gracious professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine warmth shaped every step of our journey.

Although we’ve purchased homes before, their continual updates, thoughtful explanations, and steady, patient support made us feel genuinely cared for.
When we unexpectedly lost a property due to an unethical selling agent, they stood by us with calm, unwavering professionalism.

We wholeheartedly recommend trusting this exceptional team with life’s most important real estate milestones. Their stylish eye, family‑centered spirit, and heartfelt dedication set them apart in every way. When the day comes for a new chapter and the search for our final, forever dream home, we will undoubtedly call on Madison and Regina again." E. SANDSTROM | TACOMA, WA

The Market Has Changed. The Strategy Should, Too. The real estate market we got used to from 2019–2022 is gone. Homes aren’t automatically selling in a weekend, multiple offers aren’t a given, and buyers are moving with more caution. Naturally, we Googled “farm stand near me.” The place with some of the best reviews was about 20 minutes away, tucked into the Puyallup River Valley: Wild Hare Organic Farm . So, off we went.
