When Downtown Living Gets It Right: Inside 35 Broadway
RM Home Specialists • January 29, 2026

Madison and I have been honored to represent both buyers and sellers in many of Downtown Tacoma’s most iconic condo buildings.

In fact, we even launched a video content series to help buyers better understand the nuances, history, and personality of these communities—because no two buildings are ever quite the same.

That’s why we’re especially excited to share our newest listing at 35 Broadway. This is one of those rare, older luxury buildings with only a handful of residences—quietly sophisticated, thoughtfully designed, and truly special.

Here’s what we’re loving:

  • Four secure parking spaces. Yes, four. Like…WHAT? Most condos are lucky to offer two, and many offer none. This alone is a unicorn moment.
  • A full-length deck that spans the entire unit - from the Owner’s Suite to the Junior Suite, office, and living spaces. Everywhere you turn, you’re soaking in views of Commencement Bay, Mount Rainier, and the Thea Foss Waterway.
  • Two true suites with adjoining bathrooms, plus an office featuring a built-in Murphy bed and custom shelving perfect for flexing the space when guests arrive or life changes.
  • A generous, chef-worthy kitchen with expansive prep space and a truly impressive pantry. The oversized island anchors the room, while abundant cabinetry and enhanced pantry storage easily handle entertaining pieces and those irresistible trips to your favorite culinary shops.
  • Style with personality. This is not a cookie-cutter condo. A graceful, curved wall, tasteful décor, beautiful wood tones, and thoughtful finishes set the tone -inside a classic brick building with a secure courtyard.
  • And the arrival… When the elevator opens, it opens directly into your home. The sense of privacy, arrival, and quiet grandeur never gets old. Over 2600 sq ft - all on one level!

There’s even more to love, but here’s the heart of it: if you want to be connected to the energy of downtown while enjoying the conveniences of the Stadium District, this location will make you swoon. If you’re at a stage of life where you’re done with yard work but don’t want to be overwhelmed by a massive HOA, this checks the box. If travel, light rail access, evenings at the Pantages Theatre, and afternoons at the Glass Museum sound like your rhythm…this may be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

Come experience this beautiful home. It truly lives as well as it reads.

STORIES FROM HOME

"From the moment we began working with Madison and Regina, we knew we were in exceptional hands. Their gracious professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine warmth shaped every step of our journey.

Although we’ve purchased homes before, their continual updates, thoughtful explanations, and steady, patient support made us feel genuinely cared for.
When we unexpectedly lost a property due to an unethical selling agent, they stood by us with calm, unwavering professionalism.

We wholeheartedly recommend trusting this exceptional team with life’s most important real estate milestones. Their stylish eye, family‑centered spirit, and heartfelt dedication set them apart in every way. When the day comes for a new chapter and the search for our final, forever dream home, we will undoubtedly call on Madison and Regina again." E. SANDSTROM | TACOMA, WA

Your beautifully curated list of what’s worth eating, seeing + doing around Washington. Jen is one of those people who creates the vibe. She married into a family my husband and I have known for a long time, and over the years I’ve seen just how thoughtful and intentional she is. She lives in the cutest Craftsman in Central Tacoma, hosts the warmest gingerbread competition Christmas party, and her wedding week in the San Juan Islands was one of the most beautiful celebrations. She has an eye for the details that make something feel special. So it makes perfect sense that she’s completely immersed herself in the local scene with @eatinwashington . I love knowing what’s new, fun, and delicious around here. But with two kids, it’s nearly impossible to actually keep up with all of it. Jen does the heavy lifting for us. Through her lens, Eat in Washington has become a beautifully curated highlight reel of Washington’s must-eat, must-see and must-do. The new restaurant worth making a reservation for. The coffee shop you haven’t tried. A special dinner happening for one weekend. A day trip, market or stay that deserves a spot on your list. And because Jen herself is so intentional, her recommendations feel intentional too. She notices more than whether the food is good. It’s the space, service, story, lighting, people, and all the little details that create an experience. We asked Jen to give us the list.

Multigenerational Living Meets a Dream Backyard in Lakewood. There are homes with extra square footage—and then there are homes where that square footage actually gives you options. At 11409 Cloverdale Court SW in Lakewood , more than 4,100 square feet creates the kind of flexibility that is getting harder to find: room to live together without necessarily living on top of each other. And that matters because the way people use their homes is changing.

For the person who loves a moment, a beautiful table, and bringing people together— but maybe doesn’t want an entire closet dedicated to candlesticks and vintage glassware.
